George right, nimbate and in military attire, holding sword in his left hand, both Isaac and st. George are holding long cross between them, the saint is always holding it higher 
Reverse: MP left, ΘV right, the Virgin enthroned facing(sitting on a backless throne), nimbate, wearing pallium and maphorium, holding before Her nimbate Christ facing
